Homemade Pork Ribs




How to make home made pork ribs

  • Boil water into pan
  • Put the pork ribs into the pan and let it boil for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes of boiling,marinate the boiled pork ribs w/ soy sauce,salt and pepper
  • You can 1 tbsp of calamansi juice into the marinate for best results
  • Place the marinate and cover it. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
  • Prepare a pan and oil for frying. Cooking must be done in low flame
  • Fry the marinated pork ribs and flip each side once in a while
  • Be careful not to overcook the food. Fry until desired color (golden brown) is achieved
  • Add oyster sauce at the top of the cooked ribs to make the food more presentable
  • You are now done and can enjoy eating your home made pork ribs. Happy Eating

Batikon a.k.a (Chicken Gizzard)

How to turn this simple chicken gizzard to a meal or a pulutan

  • Prepare desired quantity of chicken gizzard to cook. 1/2 kl. is enough
  • 1/4 cup garlic
  • 1 bulb onions
  • soy sauce / toyo/ patis
  • vinegar
  • sautee garlic and onion in a frying pan with less oil
  • put in the gizzards together with the sauteed garlic and onion
  • cover pan and wait for 6 minutes for the gizzard to tender
  • add ample amount of toyo/patis
  • add a small amount of vinegar and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • note: cooking must be done in low flame
  • add a little amount of salt and pepper and leave it for a minute
Now your chicken gizzard is ready to be served as pulutan. Enjoy!!!
